Refund policy

We want you to love your TumbleNest order. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

Faulty, damaged or not as described
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Change of mind
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you. We'll refund you within 5 business days of the item arriving back with us.

Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
